WHO: GEO's Senior Leaders Convenings bring together non-CEO/President or ED staff who are responsible for or a key influencer of change at an organization within the philanthropic sector.
This opportunity is open to current GEO members as well as member-eligible organizations.
WHAT: A two-day, in-person gathering with programming by GEO, and meals and refreshments provided by The California Health Care Foundation. These convenings offer a confidential and intimate container for deep connection, resource sharing, thought partnership and peer coaching. This community of peers continues to meet through self-organized virtual settings, to offer you continued relationships and resources for ongoing support, particularly in these volatile times.

Programming begins 10/21 at 1pm and ends the next day on 10/22 at 4:30pm
WHY: GEO's Senior Leader Convenings are one of many ways in which we are working to equip leaders based on the particularities of your role so that you can continue to stay rooted in your values and mission while responding to changing contexts. This is all in service of nonprofits and communities to create a just, connected and inclusive society where all can thrive.
HOW MUCH: There is a non-refundable program fee for this convening which covers materials and meals throughout the convening. Participants cover their own travel, lodging and other associated costs with getting to and from the convening location. Sliding scale pricing based on your organizational context is available.

- Non-member program fee: $1,000 per person
